I always am treated with politely and respectfully. I like that there is a sense of humor too at that front desk. I love that they call me about the costs before they do anything, yet they always let me know what really needs to be done and what can wait.. They give me good advice. I've never been left at the side of the road with a disabled car. And my car has over 200,000 miles on it.
