During a computer outage about a year ago that had many flights cancelled and delayed, our CEO Brad Tilden was at the airport helping out answering customer questions and guiding assistance where needed. That was a Saturday, and many other managers were there too doing their part. As a pilot who's worked for two other airlines, I've never seen that level of ownership of a company. Most of the managers know me by name (in a good way) and that is also very unusual.
